The Human Resource Executive will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering monthly payroll, employee benefits, and annual leave planning, engagement activities, HR budgets, maintain healthy office environment, resolve greviances and enforcing company policies and practices.

1. Should be well versed and fully aware of the latest developments in the accounting standards (Domestic and International) and Companies Act.
2. Should be able to coordinate with respective Finance Location in charges for matters relating to financial statements and periodic reporting.
3. Should be able to handle statutory auditors for matters related to audited accounts and statutory requirements.
4. Should be able to understand the requirement of having securities and bank guarantees in safeguarding company’s interest.
5. Must ensure the safeguarding of the company’s assets by adhering to the policies and guidelines on asset management.
6. Should be able to handle insurance matters in the event of claims and policy undertaking.
7. Should coordinate with other departments on budget monitoring and annual budget preparation.
8. Should be able to coordinate the audits for internal and cost based on periodical requirements.
